My favorite New York City moment. We had set off to find tunnels to take a few portraits when the rain started pouring down. Within minutes the tunnel was filled with strangers, baseball players from the nearby park and a various assortment of new yorkers. And then there was a duo of muscians, a guitar player and a sax player, they played “Besame Mucho” as the rain was pouring down on either side of the tunnel. It was a truly wonderful expirience. And then when the rain stopped, everyone was on their way.

An unforgettable moment that I shared with my best friend @ksushaloves. We’ve been best friends since high school. She is one of the very few people in my life who loves me, for me. Without judgment. She doesn’t ever critize who I am or the things I am going through or things I say or do and she doesn’t need me to change. She just loves me right where I am and for who I am, no matter what. She is my greatest cheerleader. A friendship like hers is a once in a lifetime. She is a beauty, inside and out.
